Are you ready to spice up your life with some Dancing? It can be scary starting something new but getting out of your comfort zone has so many benefits.  During your lessons you will learn about rhythm, movement, style and connection. We will start where you are comfortable (even if that's standing still) and grow from there.  I want it to be fun for you so that you want to come back for more.

Couples Dance Lessons

Individual lessons will be tailored to meet your needs.  Although I offer the following dance packages they are customizable offering lessons in our space, online, outdoors, or in your home or garage.

I've been helping couples find the musical rhythm within their relationships for several years. Dancing in partnership teaches couples how to listen, respect, and communicate well with each other. Once you start moving to the music in harmony you will find yourselves connecting in a way that will bring you years of enjoyment.

Wedding Dance Lessons

I will support both of you in determining what you want to achieve on the dance floor. Whether you want  to surprise your guests with a dance fit for YouTube or stick with something classic and simple, I will help you bring your vision to fruition.  With my guidance and your dedication, you will have the skills to feel confident, have fun, and enjoy your First Dance.

Group Dance Lessons

Group Dance Lessons offer the opportunity to meet other people with similar interests, get some exercise and practice your dancing. Classes accommodate 10 to 20 people and do not require partners to participate.  In order to get the most from your lessons students will be encouraged to choose either learning Lead or Follow and to circulate with other dance students during the lessons.  Hand sanitizer will be provided and masks are encouraged for those that have sensitive immune systems. It is expected that people participating in group dance lessons are coming feeling healthy and taking proper precautions to keep those around them safe.  Lessons are offered in four week blocks and are 50 minutes long.

I received professional training in Ballroom and Latin Dance in 2012.  Since then I’ve been teaching the Cha-cha, Rumba, Salsa, Swing, Merengue, Tango, Foxtrot and Waltz to individuals, groups and couples.  I also used my skills and knowledge to develop and facilitate a dance program delivering fun and practical dance skills at various high schools in the Fraser Valley. I have come to experience that sharing music and movement is a deeply connecting and empowering practice. Whether you are looking for a way to reconnect, a fun date night, or a dance your wedding guests will remember, I am excited to get moving with you!
